• Do you do free delivery?

All our products are delivered for free in all Hong Kong with no minimum order (additional charges may apply for DB and the outlying islands).

For the insect killer, Lights, LEDs, bug zapper and accessories we offer free delivery to your door .

If there are stairs to climb additional charge may apply as we may have to add manpower. For any doubt just ask us by WhatsApp, email or Phonecall.

Please make sure the solar products can fit in your installation place. IF the solar products install location no direct sunshine at least 4hours won’t be have any after sale service.

• When will I get my item(s)?

Our usual delivery time is 2-5 business days for the made to order customized items like the insect killer. For other items like the accessory Or maintenance by door to door it need appointment, in about 7 days usually.

• How will my item(s) be delivered?

We use different delivery services ,depend on what you buy, normally we ship by our delivery department.

• Do you provide assembly service?

Yes we do, the fees will depend on the item and your address. Please contact us  to assess the cost.

• What happens if I’m not there when my items are delivered?

In all cases we’d advise you try and be in on the original delivery date, so your items don’t stay too long in transit and you can enjoy them as quickly as possible.

• I am getting as a gift for someone. Can I specify a delivery date and address?

Of course you can. Simply contact us and we will arrange the gift delivery.
